Victory Tour also features a Carbon Fiber Plate, designed to support the foot so it doesn't sink into the midsole. This aids in reducing muscle fatigue, increasing efficiency and responsiveness. In addition, the midsole offers cushioning comfort while the Flyplate helps push the foot forward.
