Returns - US Customers
Returns are simple and easy. All orders inside the US will include a prepaid UPS return label. You may return any FairwayStyles products within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise value, less $5.00 if our pre-paid shipping label is used. You may also use your own shipping service if it is more convenient for you to return your order. FairwayStyles is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
All items MUST be returned in their original condition with all tags and protective packaging. Do not ball up clothing, please attemp to fold (We know its hard and you will not be judged on your folding). Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, and do not place any shipping labels directly on the shoe box, only on the shipping box. Any returned items that are not in resalable condition may be rejected or will receive a 15% restocking fee.
Our shipping bags are resealable, if opened using the perforated strip you can reseal and use them for returns. Or if your order comes in a box you may return it in the same box.
You can drop your package off at any authorized UPS location or drop box. Click here to find your nearest location.
Residents of U.S. Territories and all other countries outside of the US cannot use this return shipping label and it will not be included in your package. See below for International returns.
All invoices now include a return form at the bottom. Be sure to include your invoice with the return form filled out and include it with your return. If you do not have your invoice be sure to include a note with your name, phone number and email address. Returns generally take 2-5 days to process once received. Credits for returns will be issued to the original payment method, or you can request store credit in the form of a gift card code or Style Points. Be sure to note this on your return.
EXCHANGES
To EXCHANGE an order, we highly recommend returning your original item for a refund following the directions above and placing a new order online. By placing a new order you will receive your exchange much faster and you will guarantee stock of your new item once the order is placed. All inventory on the site is up to date so if you do not see your size we are out of stock. You may contact us via email at service@fairwaystyles.com with both your original and new order numbers in order to obtain a credit on the shipping fee for the new order so you do not have to pay 2 shipping fees – note that this applies to Standard shipping only. All orders over $150 ship free of charge.
OR you may return your item for an exchange by filling out the return form on your invoice. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock we will contact you to let you know. As soon as we receive your return we will process your exchange and you will be notified with a new tracking number.
