FairwayStyles embraces the importance of delivering products to our customers in a timely manner and transparent presentation of shipping options and rate. FairwayStyles has a number of protocols in place to ensure customers enjoy a great shopping experience from product selection through order delivery. To ensure a quality customer experience, FairwayStyles utilizes multiple warehouses to place our product as close to our customers as possible. We continuously evaluate the performance of our freight carriers to ensure they are as committed to quality as we are. To that end, we only utilize freight carriers that offer prompt tracking information to our customers and real-time package status visibility from pick-up to package delivery. Finally, because we know you want your golf products delivered quickly, we commit that all orders containing product that is in-stock in one of our distribution centers, that are placed before 2pm EST (Monday through Friday) will ship the same day. Further, the majority of orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will also meet these same shipment criteria; however, certain of our freight carrier partners do not offer weekend pick-ups from our locations. At check-out, we provide you with expected delivery timelines for each shipping service category option and the shipping rate we will charge you for each option. Additionally, we will provide a money-back guaranteed delivery date for all shipments using our Guaranteed Standard service offering (see below).

Delivery Guidelines

Residential customer deliveries are made by our carriers seven days a week, excluding national holidays, while deliveries to commercial locations occur Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Estimated delivery dates for products shipped via expedited shipping options (next day, two-day and three-day services) are expressed in numbers of business days not calendar days. Such shipments are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays, but will instead be delivered during the following work week. Also, Please note that we cannot process orders with Post Office Box addresses. Items that are not in our inventory will be shipped directly from the manufacturer ("DropShip Items"). These items will take longer to deliver and may take bewteen 2-4 weeks to be shipped from the manufacturer.

Shipping Rates

We charge flat rates for all orders shipped to customers within the continental U.S. by service level, as follows:

• Economy:  $8.99 USD
  
• 2 Day:  $15.00 USD
• Next Day: $35.00 USD
• International: $45.00

Money Back Guarantee

FairwayStyles guarantees on-time delivery of all shipments utilizing the Standard Guaranteed shipping method. In the event the delivery or attempted delivery fails to meet the "Get It By" date provided at checkout, FairwayStyles will refund the shipping charges to the customer, upon request. The guarantee does not apply to shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond FairwayStyles' control including, but not limited to, extreme weather events, Acts of God or unforeseen transportation disruptions in the customer's local delivery area. The guarantee only applies to items that are in stock in our inventory and does not apply to custom orders, or DropShip items. The guarantee also does not apply to shipments that are scheduled to be delivered between December 10 and December 25.

FairwayStyles must be notified in writing or by telephone of a service failure within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of scheduled delivery to claim the money back guarantee.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is provided for customers in the continental United States that meet certain order level thresholds as prominently displayed on the website. The Economy freight service level must be selected to receive the free shipping promotion. Customers whose orders meet the free shipping threshold level and who select the Standard Guaranteed service level will receive a $5 credit against the rate charged to the customer for freight. Military, Expedited shipments (3-day, 2-day and Next Day), International shipments and shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska will not receive the free shipping promotions. Free shipment thresholds are subject to change at any time. Some manufacturer and category restrictions may apply.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipments

Orders for customers that reside in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days to most locations in that state or territory. We do not offer ground service to these locations due to geographic limitations associated with these locations. A flat rate of $19.99 is charged for all standard customer deliveries and a flat rate of $34.99 is charged for all expedited customer deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

International Shipping Options

International Economy (Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU)) - This service is typically less expensive than other international shipping offerings and will generally take longer to be delivered. You should expect your package to be delivered by the postal service carrier in your country, but other delivery partners may also be utilized. Package tracking services are generally available until the point the package is delivered to the local postal service or other delivery carrier.

Please note that customers utilizing this service are responsible for the payment of all duties, taxes and other import fees imposed on shipments at the time of delivery. These charges vary from country to country and will be paid by our carrier in advance. Customers will be required to reimburse our carrier for these charges at the time of delivery. Refunds will not be provided to customers that refuse to pay duties to the freight carrier at delivery.

International Standard (DDU) - This service offers full package tracking to the final destination. Your package will be delivered by the local postal service or a delivery partner in your country. Taxes, duties, and import fees will not be calculated at checkout and are the financial responsibility of the recipient. 

International Priority (DDU) - This service offers a balance of a reasonably quick delivery for a modest premium for our international customers and offers full package tracking to the final destination. Taxes, duties, and import fees will not be calculated at checkout and are the financial responsibility of the recipient.
